MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES
To maximize the investment in a raised floor, regular maintenance is a must.

RAISED FLOOR CLEANING SERVICES
Cleaning is done under all equipment with a cloth covered wand to remove dust.  The dust is also vacuumed from under the equipment and the tile that the equipment is on.
Raised floor tiles are removed and the back underside and edges are wiped.
Grid system including the raised floor pedestals and pedestal corners are vacuumed and hand wiped.
The sub access floor area is vacuumed and hand wiped, including the cables, cable trays, conduits and piping. 
All raised floor tiles are replaced in the same area they were removed.
